On a warm July evening in Zurich, the Baur au Lac, one of Switzerland's most storied addresses, played host to a new experiment in high-end business networking. On July 4, 2026, Viktory Agency introduced THE Circle, an invitation-only gathering built around the idea that luxury, entrepreneurship and global ambition belong in the same room.

The concept comes from Viktoriya Kukhta, founder of Viktory Agency, who describes THE Circle as more than an event. She frames it as a curated ecosystem where entrepreneurs, investors, founders, executives, creatives, media figures and luxury houses meet with a single purpose, turning conversations into collaborations and introductions into opportunities.

## Where luxury meets purpose

Set against the timeless interiors of the Baur au Lac, guests arriving from across Europe and the Middle East moved through an evening that was engineered for conversation rather than card swapping. The programme ran from luxury speed networking and a flying dinner to live music, an art exhibition and a series of keynote talks, all arranged to nudge people toward genuine dialogue.

In a world that increasingly runs on screens and messages, the organisers leaned hard into the value of meeting face to face. The room drew people from business, art, investment, charity and social circles, a deliberate mix meant to spark introductions that would not otherwise happen.

## Connections become capital

The evening carried a clear thesis, summed up in the phrase the agency keeps returning to, that connections become capital. Every introduction, in this reading, holds the seed of an investment, a partnership, a new client or the start of a venture that crosses borders. It is a pitch aimed at people who believe the strongest businesses are built on trust and shared vision as much as on spreadsheets.

Guests, the agency says, came not to trade business cards but to weigh investment opportunities, talk through new projects, swap expertise and lay the groundwork for lasting collaborations.

## An international guest list

THE Circle drew a distinctly cross-border crowd, with guests from Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy and Egypt. Among the names highlighted by the organisers were Andrei Voronenko, a representative of Vontobel Bank, and Anna Stukkert, an investor and entrepreneur who founded the International Investment Congress and the Capital Club.

Also present was Anwar Elkamony, chief executive and founder of the Hope Giver Campaign, an international speaker, bestselling author and professional tennis player, alongside restaurant owners and hospitality figures from Zug and a wider group of founders, executives and creatives from around Europe.

The gathering also welcomed the Austrian jewellery house Oliver Weber Collection, a brand with more than three decades of craftsmanship behind it. Founded in Austria in 1991, Oliver Weber is known for refined pieces set with Swarovski crystals that pair European design with a modern, technology-assisted approach. The label is now sold in more than 50 countries, positioning itself as accessible luxury for contemporary tastes.

## The vision behind the salon

Behind the platform stands Kukhta, whose ambitions for Viktory Agency reach past event production. Through THE Circle she has tried to build a destination where business excellence sits next to elevated experience, working from the belief that luxury is less about aesthetics than about creating spaces where remarkable people meet and new ideas take shape.

Her own path helps explain the agency's DNA. Before founding the company she spent more than a decade as a professional photographer, building an international network at events such as Paris Fashion Week and Milan Fashion Week. She went on to produce fashion shows in Paris and Dusseldorf before turning Viktory Agency toward international business networking.

## What comes next

The Zurich debut is only the opening act. This autumn the agency moves to Lugano on September 10, 2026, for an exclusive evening featuring the band Bad Boys Blue, followed by the launch of an annual membership programme covering Switzerland, France and Germany. On September 28, 2026, the Viktory Paris Vision will take part in Paris Fashion Week with an event hosted at the Mairie of the 16th arrondissement.

From there the calendar continues with gatherings in Zurich in November, a business and lifestyle event in Monaco, and a larger international showcase under the Viktory Paris Vision banner in March 2027. Membership, the agency stresses, is by application only, with each candidate reviewed individually and judged on mindset and character as much as on titles or wealth.

For Viktory Agency, THE Circle is a statement of intent rather than a finished product. The wager is a simple one, that in a crowded digital age real influence is measured not by how many contacts you collect but by the quality of the relationships you build, and that every strong connection carries the potential to become capital.
